We are seeking applications for a full time Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant to join our high performing team at our Hornsby office.
We are looking for a candidate who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service within our business.

As aProperty Manager you will:
Manage and build relationships withlandlords and tenants
Action repairs and maintenance requests




Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
Conduct routine inspections
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Prepare documents and attend tribunal where required
The successful candidate will have:
Thorough knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent personal presentation
Current drivers licence and reliable car
Current Certificate of Registration / Licence - essential
