Daily Responsibilities
Attending local residential properties for fault-finding, repairs, and general maintenance.
Typical jobs include leaking taps/toilets, hot water system repairs/replacements, blocked drains, and burst pipes.
Providing excellent customer service and clear communication to local residents.
Utilizing digital job management software in office to log jobs and parts used.
What We Need From You
Certificate III in Plumbing and a current, valid QLD Plumbing Licence.
Proven experience in
residential maintenance plumbing
(you know how to diagnose faults and talk to customers independently).
Current manual QLD Driver's Licence.
White Card.
A neat, tidy appearance and a respectful attitude when working in clients' homes.
