is seeking an experienced
Disability House Manager
to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This role is ideal for a strong leader with SIL experience who can manage staff, compliance, and daily operations while creating a protected and empowering environment for participants.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes
Lead and support disability support staff
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
Liaise with families, allied health and key stakeholders
Support participant goals and positive outcomes
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in SIL or residential disability leadership
Robust knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework
Excellent communication and people management skills
Driver's Licence and relevant clearances
