Our head office and manufacturing facility is located in Bayswater Victoria and we have Distribution Centres in both Current South Wales and Queensland.

About the role:
Essentially, it is about making the workplace safer through leadership, consultation and the implementation of Best Fit strategies. That includes:
Leading investigations into incidents, recommending and overseeing the implementation of Best Fit solutions;
Identifying and co-ordinating OHS training for all staff;
Taking ownership of the Emergency and Traffic Management Plans;
Overseeing an audit program to ensure compliance; and
Managing the Return to Work Plans for any injured staff.

About you:
Experienced OH&S; Manager or similar, with positive experience in a manufacturing environment.
You know what is required to maintain a safe workplace and are committed to engaging, educating and empowering others to achieve that aim.
You have a willingness to get involved to make those improvements happen.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
You have a demonstrated willingness to work as part of a team, and, very importantly,
You will have a genuine desire to improve the safety for all Speedpanel employees.
