Sydney Centre for Ear Nose and Throat (SCENT) is looking for a Medical Receptionist 3 days per week (Mon, Tues and Thurs). We are a busy ENT Specialist Practice located on the Northern Beaches. This position is not suitable for students.
We are looking for
Previous medical reception experience
Experience using medical software
Robust communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to cover leave and other shifts
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Well presented,reliable and skilled
Able to work independently and within a team
Uphold privacy and confidentialty
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, answer phone and emails and manage appointments
Respond to patient enquiries
Processing payments
General office administration
Maintain communication within the practice team
