Senior Business Analyst - Unsecured Lending
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major multi year transformation program within a leading banking environment. This prospect is suited to a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience across unsecured lending and a track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives. Working within a large scale program, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic change across unsecured lending.
12 month contract
$950 + super / day
Sydney - Hybrid working
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Work closely with business and technology teams to support solution delivery.




Contribute to a complex transformation program from planning through to implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
Required experience and skills
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking.
Robust experience across unsecured lending, including credit cards or personal loans.
Experience with unsecured lending originations or migration projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex transformation programs.
Solid stakeholder engagement and requirements management skills.
