We are looking for a Sales Admin / Analyst to join our team. The role involves managing sales data, preparing Excel reports, and supporting the sales team with analysis and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales data records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions and sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales administration, data analysis, or a related role.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust background in handling sales data and preparing analytical reports.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
