PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Full time basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager
Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel
Working morning, afternoon and overnight shift across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Ideally you will have:
Experience in a similar role in a fast paced workplace
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a guest service or hospitality role




A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality
The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns
The ability to anticipate guest needs
A current driver's licence
Ability to work a rotating roster
A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
