Iplex is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor for the Reservoir Manufacturing site in Australia, leading one of our rotating shift production teams. You will build a secure, high‐performing setting with transparent expectations and visible leadership on the floor to ensure continuous, high‐quality output daily.
You will drive improvements from day-to-day processes, support payroll and attendance, and partner with maintenance and site leaders to maintain strong leadership presence across the site.
