Westpac Group is hiring a Virtual Personal Banking Advisor for in office roles in Kogarah, NSW. You will guide customers through their banking journey, handling a range of inquiries from easy balances to complex product issues.
The role requires 12+ months of customer service experience, a professional workplace mindset, and ability to thrive in a KPI-driven setting. Rotating 40-hour shifts from Mon-Fri 8am-8pm AEST, with occasional weekend coverage.
