About the Role
This is more than just admin work, it's an prospect to play a key role in shaping the learning experience of hundreds of primary school students each week.
You'll be a important part of our centre, helping to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
Work Hours: (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING THESE HOURS)
Part time must have a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Minimum of 1 weekend + weekday availability
School Term:
Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 8am–6pm, Monday to Thursday 4pm–9pm
School Holidays (7 weeks/year):
Monday to Friday 8am–6pm
What You'll Do:
Handle and oversee daily centre operations with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
Collaborate closely with admin and teaching teams to support students
Handle parent enquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism
Maintain accurate student and staff records




Foster a supportive and positive environment for both children and staff
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (any background – teaching, childcare, volunteering)
Proactive - you will be required to make decisions on your own
Robust communication and customer service skills
Mandarin speaking is a bonus but not essential
Patience, empathy, and a high attention to detail
