The Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first smile our residents, families and visitors see.
Working closely with our Administration Manager, you'll manage enquiries, greet guests,



and handle a range of administrative tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
About You
Demonstrated experience in reception or administration
Warm, transparent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for customer service
Ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A commitment to ongoing career development
Desirable
Experience or knowledge of the aged care sector
Qualifications in administration or a related field
