Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.
Manage day-to-day classroom operations and maintain flexible routines.
Mentor and lead your classroom team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of our children.
Build robust relationships and partnerships with children, families, and the community.
A little about you
A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications.
Solid understanding of EYLF and NQF.
Confidence in building solid relationships with children and families.
