Pegasus Leisure Group is hiring a Permanent Commis Chef for The Glasshouse in Caulfield. You'll join a busy kitchen team, contribute from prep to pass, and help maintain high standards of food safety and service in a quick-paced setting.
Ideal candidates have a Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, a Food Allergens & Do Food Safely Certificate, and experience in high-volume kitchens. A rotating roster including nights and weekends is required.
