We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator / Skid Steer Operator to join our team at the Scott Brady Group. As a Excavator Operator / Skid Steer you will play a vital role in our construction operations through out Brisbane. This is a full-time position, offering a market-market-market-competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing
Safely operating Machines on various construction sites to load, move and place materials
Performing routine maintenance and inspections on the machines to ensure optimal performance
Reading and interpreting site plans, to complete tasks efficiently
Communicating effectively with the construction crew and supervisors to coordinate operations
Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on the job site
Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Excavator / Skid Steer Operator in the construction industry
Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
Demonstrated ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills




Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
