Duty Manager
AUSTRALIA FULL TIME LEAD OPERATIONS. INSPIRE TEAMS. DELIVER EXCELLENCE. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business performance.
Supervise, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor operational performance and assist in achieving business goals.
Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain efficient operations.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records.
REQUIREMENTS




Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
Applicants must hold one of the following:
Australian Citizen
Australian Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.
Solid leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and the ability to manage daily operational tasks.
