Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Centre Director for Springbank Rise to lead a high-quality early learning service. You will drive occupancy, mentor a leadership team, and ensure safety and inclusion across the centre.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain NQF alignment, and collaborate with regional support to meet strategic goals. A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care is required, with WWVP and solid stakeholder skills.
