About the Role
We have an exciting prospect for
Front of House Supervisor
. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Stock Control
Food and Beverage restaurant service
Wine knowledge and service
Working closely with Directors & Restaurant manager
Floor and bar customer service excellence
Bar dispense and service
Event and function organisation and service
About You
To be successful in your application for this key role you must be an experienced front of house professional able to demonstrate/hold:
A current RSA certificate




Experience in a similar role or in a Supervisory capacity for minimum 2 years
Stock inventory management skills
A strong focus on customer service
Desire to work within a close-knit professional team
Beverage knowledge particularly wine, aperitif and digestives plus cocktail making
Knowledge of wine regions and varietals to support qualified wine service and recommendations
Robust communication skills in high demand services
Floor section supervision also essential
Restaurant operations and system responsibilities
Hosting experience
Private dining management and service experience
