Latrobe Community Health Services is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team. Based across Glen Waverley and Oakleigh, you'll deliver meaningful community-based care while working alongside experienced specialists dedicated to client-centred practice.
You will conduct home and functional assessments, prescribe equipment and home modifications, and educate clients on falls prevention and energy conservation, supporting independence through evidence-based intervention.
