The Bearded Baristaa, located right across from Sydney Park, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Barista Manager to own daily operations and lead our team. This hands-on leadership role will help relaunch our menu and brand with or without the owner on site, driving growth through energy and proven hospitality leadership.
We expect a robust background in cafe management, ability to make decisions, and a commitment to high coffee quality, presentation, and service.
