NeuRA, a leading neuroscience research institute in Randwick, is seeking a Supporter Services Team Leader to oversee the donor experience across touchpoints.
You will supervise a Supporter Services Representative and casual staff, provide coaching, and ensure service standards while delivering hands-on donor care and fundraising administration.
You will work with Fundraising, Finance and CRM colleagues to drive data quality, reporting and process improvement.
