Alex Fraser is hiring a Customer Service and Dispatch Agent to service our Victorian and Queensland facilities, coordinating dispatch of recycled materials and handling customer calls. The role involves coordinating up to 50 trucks and working with Transport & Logistics to confirm orders and answer enquiries.
Based in Derrimut, this is a 12-month full time fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Shift hours rotate 6:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with up to two half-day Saturdays per month.
