ACR Supply Partners is seeking an experiencedTeam Leader to join our high-performing warehouse operations in Eastern Creek. If you are currently a Team Leader or 2IC this role offers a great opportunity to further develop and take on additional responsibilities in a fast paced 3PL workplace. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll be Doing:
Lead a small team of pickers & MHE operators to achieve daily targets
Work in a multi-client environment
Forklift or LO licence preferred (not essential)
Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email.
Provide daily reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a 3PL or high volume warehouse environment essential
Solid understanding of warehousing procedures and safety standards




LF & LO licence highly regarded
Must be computer literate and comfortable using various systems
Solid team leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client operation
Proactiveness and problem solving skills
