About the roles
We are seeking three motivated Chefs de Partie to join the Mamma G's kitchen team as we grow our deli and café operation. You'll work in a high‐volume, quick‐paced environment, taking ownership of your section and helping deliver consistent, high‐quality food for dine‐in and takeaway guests.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking menu items in line with recipes and Mamma G's standards.
Running your section during service and supporting other sections as required.
Ensuring all food is prepared and served in a timely manner during busy periods.
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and correct storage of food and equipment.




Monitoring stock levels for your section and assisting with ordering and stock rotation.
Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a high‐volume, fast‐paced café, deli or similar environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and quality.
Ability to work effectively within a small, hands‐on team and communicate clearly during service.
Positive, professional attitude and reliability, including early starts and weekend work as required.
Commitment to food safety and a safe working environment.
