are seeking a Professional Candidate to fill our Ford Sales Manager Position.
This role will include:
Physical presentation of vehicles and Showrooms.
Attend to Franchise Reporting and ensuring vehicle/sales compliance received high levels of attention.
Initiate recent business to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Focus on staff training as required.
Generate leads for both the F&I;, and aftersales teams.
About you:

Experience is not required!
You will ideally possess:
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Able and willing to achieve set Targets and Kpi's.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
