IUIH Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a pharmacist to provide clinical support to the SEQ ACCHO network across Brisbane and Gold Coast sites. You will conduct case conferences, audits, and medication reviews to improve quality use of medicines and patient outcomes.
The role requires general pharmacist registration with AHPRA, 3+ years' postgraduate experience, and willingness to travel between IUIH sites.
