Our venue has recently completed an exciting renovation, creating a fresh recent space for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Build strong relationships with customers and handle enquiries and feedback professionally.
Lead by example and foster a customer-first culture within the team.
Operations & ServiceAssist with the preparation of hot and cold food items.
Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.
Rostering




Banking / cash management
Working within budget
Lead, motivate, and support a small team.
Assist with staff training and development.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Quality ControlEnsure all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
Maintain quality and consistency across all aspects of the venue.
Health & SafetyMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
