Full Time Roving Handyman – Commercial Property Maintenance
Edsring Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced Full Time Roving Handyman to join our growing team, providing maintenance services across a portfolio of prominent commercial buildings throughout Sydney.
Previous experience in commercial property maintenance is essential. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, present themselves professionally, communicate confidently with clients, and be comfortable using computers and client-based online portals.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
General handyman works, including (but not limited to) repairs, lighting replacements, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, and general maintenance.
Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance works.
Preparing quotations for minor project works.




Coordinating staff and subcontractors when required.
Building solid relationships with clients and acting as their primary in office contact.
Planning and managing your daily schedule to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in commercial property maintenance (essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work across a variety of commercial sites throughout Sydney.
A current Australian driver's licence.
