Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Support:Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.
Domestic Assistance:Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
Health & Wellbeing Support:Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing.
Social & Emotional Support:Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.




Care Planning & Documentation:Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
Workplace Health & Safety:Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with team members and participate in training and development.
What You Need:
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a relevant field
First Aid Certificate
Comprehensively insured vehicle
Desirable:
Qualification in Medication Administration
Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded)
Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)
