Lateral Partners is a boutique accounting firm based in the Sydney CBD, specialising in business services and taxation for medium sized businesses and high net wealth individuals and families.
We currently require the services of a part time 'Junior Administrative Assistant' for 2 days / 15 hours a week to help us run an efficient and effective office.
You will be responsible for sending correspondence, scanning and lodging documents, liasing with clients and government agencies as well as general office administrative duties. This is an excellent entry level role which provides training and development opportunities to grow in a professional office setting.
Versatile work hours are available to fit in with university or life schedules.
As you grow and develop within this position, over time you will be provided training to allow you to take on additional administrative responsibilities and the opportunity to provide support to a small,



dedicated team of professionals from within the accounting business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communicationskills, attention to detail, a good telephone manner and a professional presentation. You must be a team player, with a positive attitude. Experience in an office environment is preferable, but not essential as training will be provided. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and your "can do" attitude are essential to your success in this role.
The role would suit individuals undertaking an accounting or related degree who are keen to experience what the industry is all about!
