We're seeking an experiencedCivil Foremanwith astrong drainage backgroundto lead crews on civil infrastructure projects across Wellington.This role is drainage-focused, so proven drainage experience is essential.If you don't have extensive drainage experience, this role won't be the right fit.

Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise drainage crews on site
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
Oversee trenching, pipe laying, manholes,



and underground services
Read plans and ensure all drainage works are completed to specification
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
What we're looking for
Extensive drainage experience is essential
Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand
Proven ability to lead crews on drainage projects
Solid knowledge of underground services and civil construction
Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 and WTR advantageous)
Robust communication and leadership skills
