MOTORHOME SERVICE ADVISOR/WARRANTY CLERK WANTED
Avida Motorhomes Gold Coast is seeking an experienced, energetic & confident Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk for our busy Service Department located in Varsity Lakes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming phone calls and taking service/warranty bookings
Managing email enquiries and bookings
Confirming and liaising between manufacturer and sales for deliveries
Assisting Service Department in all facets of delivery, parts and service
Following up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced workplace.
Hours will be Full time Mon-Fri 7.30am-3.30pm with outstanding performance based incentives and commission.
