Cleaning Subcontractor (Commercial Cleaning)

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, hands‐on cleaning subcontractor (ABN required) to service commercial office sites in the Brisbane CBD.
This is a long‐term prospect with a growing commercial cleaning company for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
Cleaning Schedule
Monday to Friday
Evening:
After 6:30pm
Additional ad‐hoc cleaning and project work is available throughout the year.
About You
You must:
Hold a current ABN
Personally perform the cleaning work
Have previous commercial cleaning experience
Be reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
Be committed to delivering consistently high standards
Be able to follow site procedures and communicate professionally
Current ABN
Public Liability Insurance
Workers Compensation Insurance
Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia (no student visas or working holiday makers)
Ability to commit to the above schedule on a long‐term basis
There will be opportunities to take on additional commercial cleaning contracts as our business continues to grow.
