McConnell Bourn is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 200 residential properties from our Quakers Hill office.
You will build landlord relationships, coordinate repairs, manage rents and renewals, and handle complex tenancy matters.
You'll work with Property Officers to support leasing activities and inspections, with no trust accounting duties.
The role is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday coverage and a client-focused, skilled approach.
