Talent International has partnered with one of Australia's leading organisations to recruit a
Change Manager
to support a high-profile enterprise-wide initiative focused on
AI capability uplift, organisational development and workforce readiness
.
This is not a technical AI implementation role. Instead, you'll lead the delivery of programs that build organisational capability, embed responsible AI practices and prepare the workforce to confidently adopt emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects focused on AI capability uplift, organisational readiness and workforce development
Develop evidence-based business cases supporting responsible AI adoption and capability investment
Coordinate learning, capability, organisational development and change initiatives across multiple business areas
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
Prepare executive reports,



briefings and governance papers
Engage and collaborate with business leaders, learning specialists, technology teams and senior stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' project management experience delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives
Experience leading organisational development, capability uplift, learning or workforce transformation programs
Solid understanding of change management, organisational readiness and employee adoption
Exposure to AI, digital capability uplift, learning strategies or emerging technology adoption programs
The ability to translate ambiguity into practical delivery plans and compelling business cases
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working alongside senior leadership
