The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to join the Homelessness & Housing team in Sydney. You will provide trauma-informed case management and support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them navigate challenges and access essential services.
Working across Liverpool, Fairfield and Bankstown with a team-oriented team, you will conduct client intake, assessments and develop case plans to promote reliable housing and independence.
