PepsiCo Australia is seeking a weekend Maintenance Lead to head a four-day shift (Fri–Mon) ensuring protected, effective maintenance across our production lines. You will mentor technicians, drive reliability improvements and coordinate with production, engineering and quality teams to maximise plant availability.
The role requires a trade qualification or engineering degree, robust leadership, and knowledge of HACCP/GMP compliance.
