Sales Assistant - Dry Cleaning Shop

We're looking for a
Sales-Focused Sales Assistant
to join our friendly dry cleaning team. If you have excellent communication skills, a robust eye for detail, and love helping customers, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take garment orders
Identify garment types and classify them correctly
Upsell complimentary services (e.g. stain removal, express cleaning, alterations)
Provide exceptional in-store customer service
Maintain a clean and welcoming counter area
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and sales focus
Confident communicator with a friendly attitude
Personal grooming is a must - high standard of presentation and fashion sense required
Fast learner with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
