Physiotherapist
to join their supportive team in
Toowoomba

A snapshot of your core responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to aged care clients within the community.
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
Provide manual handling assessments and recommendations.
Support clients to maintain mobility, independence and quality of life.
Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Build strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders to deliver person-centred care.




What you'll need to be considered:
Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
Experience working within aged care and confidence with manual handling assessments.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a community-based caseload.
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship with unrestricted working rights.
