Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
Introduce our services in a professional, engaging, and confident manner.
Identify potential opportunities by qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
Book appointments and meetings for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM.
Conduct follow-up calls where required.
Work towards agreed call activity and appointment booking targets.

Has a friendly, confident, and qualified phone manner.
Enjoys talking to people and building rapport.
Is self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
Have some street-smarts.
Has strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, or call centre experience is essential.
