Brisbane Airport Hotels Group is seeking a passionate F&B; Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets at Pullman Brisbane Airport. You will coach and develop the team, conduct pre-shift briefs and ensure brand standards are upheld.
You will report to the Restaurant & Bar Manager and focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving upselling and revenue prospects. RSA certification and adaptable availability are required.
