Endeavour Foundation's SIL home in Tugun seeks a Disability Support Worker for a permanent roster line on a 20-hour fortnightly contract, with a mix of day, afternoon and sleepover shifts.
You will support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
No two days are the same; duties include developing daily living skills, personal care, meal planning, and community outings, while maintaining a protected, respectful workplace.
