A Valuable Start to Life (GSL) is seeking a Youth Disability Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 0–18 with complex physical, intellectual and mental health needs in home, learning and community settings.
You will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support, follow individual plans to build independence, and help young people feel secure, valued, and connected to their communities.
This is meaningful, long-term work with real impact.
