Residential Site Supervisor
to join our team.
This is an opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional who can confidently manage projects independently while maintaining our commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing up to 12 custom home projects across Sydney's South West. Working closely with our construction and office teams, you will oversee each build from commencement through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple residential construction projects.
Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and enforce WHS compliance.
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
Resolve site issues efficiently and proactively.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the build.
About You




The successful applicant will have:
A minimum of
5 years' experience
as a Residential Site Supervisor.
Proven experience managing multiple custom residential projects simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge of the NSW residential building industry and construction methods.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
A robust focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
A current White Card and a valid driver's licence.
A trade qualification or Builder's Licence would be highly regarded
