We're looking for a Sommelier to become a key member of our leadership team. This is more than a floor role. You'll help lead service, support the management team in running the venue and champion a wine culture that is knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely guest-focused.
Our wine list is concise, constantly evolving and proudly Italian in spirit. It celebrates benchmark producers alongside exciting discoveries. Working closely with our Group Beverage Manager, you'll help shape how guests experience the list while mentoring the team to deliver exceptional hospitality every day.
What you'll be doing
Deliver warm, confident and memorable wine service.
Guide guests through our Italian-focused wine list with thoughtful recommendations.
Support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day running of service and venue operations.
Lead the bar and floor team throughout service, setting the standard for hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain cellar organisation, stock presentation and wine service standards.
Assist with seasonal wine list changes,



allocations and recent producer introductions.
Host intimate wine dinners, supplier events and guest tastings alongside our Group Beverage Manager.
Coach and develop the wider front of house team, building confidence in wine knowledge and service.
Be an active leader within a small, ambitious team where everyone contributes.
We're looking for someone who
Has experience as a Sommelier or senior wine waiter in a quality restaurant.
Has good knowledge of Italian wine and a curiosity to keep learning.
Enjoys leading people just as much as looking after guests.
Is confident running service and supporting managers during busy periods.
Understands that hospitality is without ego, and that excellent wine service should always feel welcoming.
Takes pride in traditional, polished service with a up-to-date, relaxed approach.
Holds WSET or CMS qualifications (preferred).
