Production Assistant x3 (Electrical Trades assistant roles)

We're looking for 3 x motivated Production Assistants to support a team of experienced Engineers in a hands‐on production workplace. This is a genuine entry-to-trade / long‐term pathway role with structured training provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Shadowing and assisting technicians and engineers (mechanical and electrical).
Learn and get trained to read easy CAD drawings.
Inspect, test, and wire small engineering equipment.
Use of power tools and equipment within the production plant.
Communicate with the team to produce tidy, detailed products.
Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
Building and modifying specialised equipment.
Following a formal, structured training program.
General workshop and production support.
