JBS Townsville is seeking an experienced Return to Work (RTW) and Injury Management Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will coordinate all aspects of injury management and RTW, supporting employees from injury occurrence to protected, sustainable return to work.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will liaise with employees, leaders, treating practitioners, insurers and providers, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legislation while promoting wellbeing and early intervention.
