ROLE OVERVIEW
Location: Kirrawee, NSW
Commitment: Casual, minimum 2 days per week (versatile schedule)
Hourly Rate: $45 an hour + Superannuation
Naths Facilities Maintenance Service is a family-owned company that has been operating since , providing Facilities Maintenance services to Department of Education.
A casual position of minimum 2 days per week is available, with excellent wages plus super.
The successful applicant must have the flexibility to be able to work an additional day, during busy periods/as required.
The position is based in our Kirrawee office and is available for immediate start.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
As our Compliance Officer, you will serve as the guardian of quality and compliance across all projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Review: Ensure our compliance documentation is kept up to date.
ISO Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety.
Site Inspections:



Audit sites to ensure alignment with safety regulations and ISO accreditation.
Team Guidance: Provide practical compliance advice to site teams using your knowledge.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous upgrades to our internal compliance workflows.
Report and work closely with Managing Director, Project Manager and other staff.
Other ad hoc Administration tasks
KEY CRITERIA
Strong knowledge of ISO Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety frameworks.
Deep understanding of compliance processes.
High attention to detail, process focused, organised with meticulous administration skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
BREADCRUMB knowledge an advantage
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Qualified telephone manner and client relations
Be a cheerful and enthusiastic team player
