Gelatissimo is seeking a Business Operations & Technology Manager to work with the CEO and lead projects across Manufacturing, Retail and Franchising. The role focuses on strengthening systems, improving business processes and delivering strategic initiatives to make the business more effective and connected.
You will own operational systems, coordinate external partners, and drive automation and AI initiatives while reporting to the CEO from our Parramatta area Support Office.
