We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants to join our clients' busy workshop and manufacturing operations across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using technical drawings and work instructions.
Ensure products are built to specification and meet quality standards.
Tool Operation
Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
Perform basic measurements and adjustments using workshop tools.
Trade Support
Assist qualified tradespeople including boilermakers, electricians, and mechanical fitters.
Handle materials, prepare work areas, and support daily workshop operations.
Quality & Safety
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies and components.




Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 12 months' experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, trades assistance, or warehousing.
Confident using hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, spanners, and measuring equipment.
Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and standing throughout shifts.
Solid reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
